I am an America Heart Association certified instructor which means the class I teach will meet the mandates from the state AND your staff will be equipped to know what to do in an emergency and thats what really matters. You care for your patients and residents and want them to be cared for at the highest level. That means training your staff to know how to react in an emergency and to plan ahead.
CPR Adventure is based on real life experience, for over 20 years I have responded to facilities like yours and worked with staffs of all levels. My CPR training is interactive, entertaining, fun and helps your team work together. I will go through scenarios at your facility and get your staff to think ahead about how to treat your resident with a high level of care. I offer on going training for your staff that will act as CE’s, some of these classes include what happens to a patient at the hospital after emergency services leaves them, what will the Fire Department want to know about a patient and how to create intake paperwork that answers those questions, proper lifting techniques, patient assessments, bleeding control and signs of a stoke.
